We were so excited to hear recently that Lowe’s, Walmart and True Value had decided to pick up the Look Before You Pump Campaign – concepted by OPEI (The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute) with Four Leaf PR and designed by Watermark.
The quick message? When you pull up to a gasoline filling station, you may start to see some changes (a new kind of fuel is being offered in some states).
