Watermark Design Year in Review 2015
Since 2007, we have been so lucky to continue to grow and change with the ebb and flow of technology and client needs, but we always come back to who we are at the heart, a design and branding firm, and this year clarified that focus.
This year, we saw a growing respect and desire for custom-illustrated pieces, implemented not only on label design, but throughout branding/marketing pieces as well. We have enjoyed integrating custom illustrations into web design to further customize our client’s online presence, as templates grow in popularity.
We love that our clients want to separate themselves from the herd using art, creating something truly unique to their brand.
We had a continued focus on local, but national growth was also seen. We also ventured into new package design markets, such as body care, while continuing to grow our craft spirits portfolio. We enjoyed bringing many brands all the way through the branding process, from naming, logo and identity creation to online presence, print materials, advertising and more. As a brand is never really ‘complete’ we look forward to continued exploration with both existing and new clients, as we head into the next year.
