The Brasserie team approached Watermark looking for a comfortable, upscale experience reminiscent of European cafes. Hand-drawn illustrations integrating the fresh ingredients used in the kitchen, were incorporated into clean, modern menu design and other print collateral to lend an artisanal touch to the brand.
